Responsibilities

Experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate transactions and contracts like facility agreement, gift deed, mortgage deed etc. 2. Conducting title search reports and title investigations. 3. Drafting and reviewing loan related agreements. 4. Reviewing RERA Documents. 5. Conducting due diligence. 6. Advising, assisting and drafting agreementsrelated to infrastructure financing. 7. Strong analytical ability, logical and problem-solving approach on complex issues. 8. LLB or equivalent with a focus on Intellectual Property law. • 5-7 years of experience in IP law, including prosecution, oppositions, litigation, and enforcement. • Experience in managing cases before High Courts, District Courts, and the Trademark Registry. • Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities
